Human heart

The heart is an important organ that pumps blood through the body.A healthy heart keep us healthy and strong.ln this blog l will share some interesting knowledge about the heart and all information about the heart.                                                                                                              structure of heart                                            Human heart consist of four chamber.    Two auricles and two ventricles(right atrium, left atrium, right ventricle and left ventricle.upper two chamber are called auricles and lower two chamber are called ventricles.auricles have thin and small walled and receive blood from the body and pump into ventricles where ventricles have large and thick walled because they face high blood pressure.they distribute the blood in the body.

Heart muscles                                          heart is made of cardiac muscle which regularly contract and relax.it is responsible for pumping blood throughout the body.                                                                                     Cardiac muscle layers                         1)Epicardium: outermost layer, consisting of connective tissues.                                                  2)Myocardium: middle layer consisting of cardiac muscle cells.                                              3)Endocardium: innermost layer consisting of endothelial tissues.                                                                                                                    Heart valves                                                        heart consist of three valves which are tricuspid and mitral valve. And last one is simi lunar valve.                                                         1) Tricuspid valve: this valve is present bw right atrium and right ventricle.                                                                                                        2) Bicuspid valve( mitral valve): it is present between left auricle and left atrium.                                                                                       3) Simi lunar valve: it is present between the right ventricle and pulmonary artery and left ventricle and aorta which prevent blood flow back into ventricles.                                                                                                                                                                                                How the human heart works?                                                                                   heart is a muscular pumping organ which circulates blood throughout the body.                                                                                                                   Shape and size:  it,s size is about the fist of a person and has cone shape.
Location:  it is located on the left side of the chest cavity between the lungs.it is protected by double layer membrane called pericardium.pericardium is the layer which protect heart from over extension.there is a fluid inside pericardium which lubricate heart during contraction and relaxation.                                                                                                           Working of the heart:                                     heart work as a double pumping organ.the right side of the heart receive deoxygenated blood from the body and then pump into lungs where oxygenation take place .oxygenated blood is receive left side of the heart from the lungs and send it into body.                                                              Right auricles receive deoxygenated blood from whole body through vena cava.when it contracts it pushes blood into right ventricle through tricuspid valve.from right ventricle deoxygenated blood move into lung through pulmonary arteries for oxegenation.after oxygenation the blood enter into left auricle through pulmonary vein.from left auricle the blood move into left ventricle through mitral valve and then through aorta the blood move into whole body.
